WHY HOLISTIC THERAPIES?

WHAT WILL MY FIRST SESSION BE LIKE?
Before the session begins, I like taking a few moments to talk with the client. I usually ask a few questions to create a connection and understand the areas the client would like to focus on. For all therapies, the client will lie comfortably on the therapy table. There is no need to remove any clothing. The session will unfold depending on the type of therapy chosen. Every experience is unique, some clients reported seeing colours, feeling energy flowing through their body, or simply entering a deep state of peace and relaxation.
