SOUND THERAPY

Sound healing is a form of therapy that has been practised across many ancient civilisations, from the temples of Egypt to the Himalayan mountains. At its core, it uses vibration and frequency to restore harmony to the body, mind, and spirit.

Singing bowls, made from crystal or metal, produce deep, resonant tones that do more than just fill the space — they are felt within. Its vibration flows through the body like gentle waves, clearing blockages, calming the mind, and encouraging deep relaxation. These sounds guide our brain into slower, meditative states, where healing and emotional release can take place naturally.

The human body is in constant vibration. Every organ, every cell, even our thoughts and emotions carry a frequency. When we’re stressed, unwell, or emotionally overwhelmed, our natural frequency becomes unbalanced. Sound healing acts like a tuning tool, helping the body return to its natural vibration. The result is often a sense of clarity, calm, and grounded presence.

Tuning forks are another gentle yet powerful tool in sound therapy. When activated, they emit pure tones that can be placed on the body or moved through the aura. These frequencies stimulate energy points, soothe the nervous system, and promote physical and emotional balance.

Sound healing isn’t about doing — it’s about receiving. It’s a quiet invitation for the body to rest, the mind to soften, and the energy to flow freely again. Whether through the soothing tones of a singing bowl or the precision of a tuning fork, sound gently brings us home to ourselves — to a place of peace, presence, and wholeness.
